The perfect surfing holiday in Bahia
An experience at the Hotel Pousada Rancho Fundo
If you are looking for an unforgettable surfing holiday, I can only highly recommend one place: the Hotel Pousada Rancho Fundo near Salvador de Bahia. I spent 14 days there and experienced the perfect combination of surf action and relaxing peace in the middle of a tropical oasis.
The hotel is only three kilometers from the beach and although I was skeptical at first, it was the perfect starting point for my surfing holiday. Every morning, Clayton, the surf guru and a true pro, picked me up directly from the hotel. He took me to the best beaches along the coconut palm coast that I have ever seen. We usually did two surf sessions a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. This not only taught me how to improve my technique, but also how to understand the waves and the sea.
Clayton knows the coast like the back of his hand - he knows exactly where the reef break waves are, where the water is crystal clear and where you can even see turtles surfing. This closeness to nature and the beautiful beaches lined with palm trees made my surfing holiday truly unique.
But surfing wasn't the only highlight. I was also impressed by the Pousada Rancho Fundo hotel. The 5,000 square meter complex not only offers comfortable, large rooms, but also a tropical tranquility that is perfect for relaxing after a strenuous day of surfing. The pool, the small fitness center and the excellent cuisine of the European hosts made the stay even more pleasant. The regional delicacies that I enjoyed together with Clayton were also a culinary experience that I won't soon forget.
So, if you are looking for a perfect surfing holiday, you should definitely consider the Pousada Rancho Fundo hotel in Camaçari, Bahia. With Clayton as your surf instructor and the fantastic accommodation, it is the ideal place to conquer the waves while enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the tropical landscape.
