All cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 1 day before arrival will incur a 30% fee.

On the day of arrival, cancellation is no longer possible , and the full amount will be charged.

Furthermore, group bookings and holiday bookings are not included in these cancellation policies and will always be subject to a 50% fee starting 7 days prior to the booking.
